To accept and progress with change you must first be at peace with your last chapter; for me this has been a journey in itself and one that I am proud to call my own, being my labour of love that required courage and exposing my vulnerability often.
Beginning my new chapter needs space, thoughts, and being around positive and peaceful people, places and things. I begin my next journey through being inspired to make change for people, provide comfort and nurture to those looking and holding up their hand for love and support. Life tells us to keep going but we don’t always have to continue in the same direction we can turn sideways or leap forward, and sometimes we need guiding as to where we can land!
